Each channel supports a 6A current, with a 8-layer panel

featuring 8 testing channels per layer. It is used in conjunction

with a battery testing system for pouch cells.

Swift and simple personalization: Easy-to-use and quick adjustment.

The fixture is fixed using guide rails, and the spacing between the positive and negative electrodes is adjustable. The tray is securely fastened with screws and can be detached for freely adjusting the height of the layers. It is equipped with swivel wheels at the bottom for flexible mobility.

Effortless connection with enhanced security.

Crafted with black and red dual-color fiberglass silicone sleeves,

our design cleverly distinguishes positive and negative pole

connections. These sleeves not only possess the characteristics

of simplicity and easy maintenance but also withstand high-

temperature environments, with a temperature resistance of up

to 200°C.

The double-opening magnetic suction door features a concealed handle and the door panel is equipped with heat dissipation holes, allowing for convenient and safe operation. The insulated tray is made of green epoxy board, ensuring high temperature resistance and corrosion protection.
